Professional Experience
Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA)
- Created and customized a suite of Shopify templates aligned with IMMA’s branding, seasonal promotions, and accessibility standards, improving navigation and user experience.
- Conducted in-gallery and on-site evaluation of the Smartify art app to identify accessibility improvements, technical issues, and engagement opportunities.
- Designed and launched phishing awareness campaigns and developed cybersecurity training content (data protection, password safety, social engineering).
Universal Music Group
- Built Shopify storefront feature sets and integrated various backend eCommerce systems, delivering engaging experiences for fans to purchase merch and music and fulfill orders.
- Customized themes with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to align Shopify 2.0 with 1.0 during migration.
- Incorporated Creative Team feedback from Figma designs and documented template issues for engineers.
- Developed merch websites for artists including Rich the Kid, Tye Tribbett, Mark Knopfler, The Last Dinner Party, Matt Champion, VCHA, That Mexican OT, and Dermot Kennedy, ensuring optimal user experience.
Orbital Engineering
- Utilized JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, PHP, and MySQL for web development.
- Designed new web-based applications for internal & external use, ensuring alignment with digital strategies.
- Troubleshot and resolved technical issues related to website functionality, performance, and usability.
