How to Schedule a Vaccine Appointment in New York
Step 1:
First, click the button provided saying COVID-19 Scheduling for NY State

When you arrive to the website, scroll down and click a button saying CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY
Step 3:
First, fill out all your personal information. Second, click the button in the bottom left saying I consent. Lastly, click the button in the bottom right saying submit
Step 4:
If you are eligible, you should click the button that says Locate Providers. However, if you are not eligible, scroll to the bottom of this page and fill out the form to contact me for more help.
Step 5:
You should find a location that says Status: Appointments Available. Once you find the location you want, click on Schedule your vaccine appointment.
Step 6:
Once you click Schedule your vaccine appointment, select the box next to I'm not a robot. Then, pick a date for your vaccine (My example highlights May 11 as a vaccine date)
Step 7:
After you select a date, you should agree to signing up for two doses of the vaccine by clicking the button saying I Agree
Step 8:
You may have to try multiple times to find an available date, but once you do, you'll click on a time (this example shows 8:15 AM) and then click the button saying Schedule.
